Upcoming Events at Victoria Baths

About Victoria Baths

We love Manchester and fell in love with Victoria Baths when we did our first Village Screen event there back in 2016 - a screening of Jaws in the deep end of the Gala Pool.

Since 2016, we have held over forty events at Victoria Baths, from Valentine’s screenings of True Romance and 10 Things I Hate About You, to summer screenings of Dirty Dancing, as well as Christmas weekends filled with all the nostalgic festive classics.

Victoria Baths was designed as a prestigious Baths complex by Manchester’s first City Architect, Henry Price, and was opened by the Manchester Corporation in 1906. The Baths was closed in 1993 and local people have been working to save and restore it ever since.

Victoria Baths is now a vibrant and iconic events space filled with plenty of original features – including beautiful stained glass windows, ornate tiling and decadent colours – it is a photographer’s dream and a unique space for our experiences, paired with delicious street food from some of the finest local traders.

Audiences to our Victoria Baths events can choose from candy-striped deckchairs inside the, now empty, Gala Pool, or original seating on the balcony level, overlooking the pool.

Our events help to fund the important work of the Victoria Baths Trust, and when you buy a ticket to attend a Village Screen event at Victoria Baths you can also add a donation to the Trust.

Our wonderful team look forward to welcoming you to the Baths very soon!
