On Saturday 10th August 2024, we'll be popping up in the spectacular grounds of Kenwood Hall Hotel, Sheffield, bringing you both a silent disco and an outdoor screening of Barbie. Each customer will be provided with a set of headphones to listen along. This film is classified 12.

About the Event

An outdoor summer event at its finest! Pre-film, cinema-goers can enjoy a silent disco, using our fantastic headphones, in the grounds of Kenwood Hall before snuggling down as the sun sets, to watch the film. The film sound will also be played through the headphones, really allowing you to immerse yourself in the film, you'll feel like you're on set! As always, delicious street food options will be available as well as a fully stocked bar.  Picnics are welcome at this event, but we ask that no alcohol or glass is brought in (please refer to the event FAQs for more information).

This is an incredible opportunity to experience a cinematic classic at it's very best, as well as enjoying a silent disco in a beautiful outdoor setting! What more could you ask for.

Doors to the event will open at 7.00pm, with the film starting at 9.00pm. Doors close 15 minutes before the film starts, so please arrive early to avoid disappointment. The Silent Disco will begin at 7.00pm. Space for seating is not pre-allocated and spaces will be available to select on the grassy paddock. You will be able to choose to hire one of our candy striped deckchairs to sit on, or to bring your own chair/blanket.

Age restriction: This film is classified 12, and recommended for those aged 12 and over. Parental discretion is advised if younger than 12.  Anyone aged 15 or under must be accompanied by a responsible adult (who is aged 18+).

  • Adult Ticket (16+)

    This ticket includes admission for one adult (16+) into the event, including access to the silent disco. A seat is not included, you can choose to hire a deckchair or bring your own. Ticket costs include event entry, silent disco pre event, headphone hire, cinema access and a ticket booking fee of £2 per person.

  • Concession Ticket

    This ticket includes admission for one concession (U16, student or 60+) into the event, including access to the silent disco. A seat is not included, you can choose to hire a deckchair or bring your own. Ticket costs include event entry, silent disco pre event, headphone hire, cinema access and a ticket booking fee of £2 per person.

  • Deckchair hire - add on

    If you don't fancy the hassle of bringing your own chair, why not hire one of super comfy striped-deckchairs, a perfect way to lounge on a summer evening! Deckchairs will be limited and must be booked in advance. This is an add on item and does not include admission into the event.

  • Pre event, silent disco only

    This ticket is for customers who only wish to join us for our pre- event silent disco, between 19:00 - 21:00 (this is already included with any standard event ticket). With music, food vendors and a bar. This does NOT include access to the cinema screening. A film is NOT included. This is NOT parking. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+ Ticket costs include silent disco access, headphone hire, refundable deposit of £5 and a ticket booking fee of £2 per person.
